Positioned on the outer corner of a of a 1950s modernist residential building, this 4th floor urban retreat was formed as a result of the merger of two smaller apartments. Each of the spaces has a connection with the next, but each can be independent. This is achieved by means of sliding doors hidden in the respective housings. Light walls, oak paneling with a modern twist to the classic details, colorful ornaments and natural stone characterize the palette used in the apartment. Color accents are used sparingly in the kitchen floor, living room upholstery and open wardrobes. Through the described used details, textures and elements, a modern, elegant and cozy home with a view to one of Sofia’s parks is achieved.
